Yes, blackholes do rotate, because angular momemtum is still conserved. However, whether it rotated clockwise or counterclockwise would depend on which direction you were looking from. For example, let's say you were looking from above one particular pole of the blackhole, and you see that it is rotating clockwise. Now you move to above the other pole, then you will see that the blackhole is now rotating counterclockwise.

Depends which side you are looking at it from. From one pole it will be clockwise but from the other anticlockwise.

I think it's clockwise. But... who knows??? In the Milkyway there's only two blackholes, I think that must exist a lot of blackholes in this infinity universe, maybe there's more than one kind of blackholes...

blackholes are not gaseous to spiral. They are in fact very huge stars with so much density and consequent gravity that they absorb their own light emissions toward themselves and thus they appear as black holes.
