The news is shocking. Saddam ruled the country with iron hands. The world should not be spectator to such scenes. This is aimless blood shed.. Obviously Iraqi people and allied forces have lost control over the situation. Iran and other Muslim countries should perform their religious and moral duty to address the issue. God help us.

It is part of the mini civil war, people vying for power, trying to establish their turf, it is more like gang violence than war, but unfortunately the USA is stuck in the middle again. Wonderful. Since we don't have the manpower to control Iraq and this shows no signs of letting up, maybe we should back off and let them have the civil war they want to have. It may not last al that long. It is just a question of when, they are very patient.

To incite fear? The majority of the people involved in this story were placed (dumped) among the native residents' locale. What is the root of any rebel or terrorist action? To incite fear in the hearts and minds of those they are trying to intimidate.
