It depends on what kind of attention I'm after. If, for example, I'm in the mood to feel guilty, I drive across town and visit my mother. On the other hand, If I need something a bit more positive, I make an appointment with my therapist. Otherwise I stay in the house and don't take any chances.

Generally speaking I recommend you start giving attention to ohers and helping them... stop striving for yourself and people will start to notice you .... especially if it is true from your heart
