Trapped in an island?

If you were trapped in an island and you have been chosen as the leader, what would your 5 laws/ orders be?

The first order would be to establish proper sanitation. Peeing near the water source is a great way to make everyone sick. Latrines would have to be dug.

Second order would be to take care of garbage disposal. It has to be properly buried to keep folks healthy.

Third would have to do with food supply. If it's limited, it would have to be rationed. If just one item is limited, it's the only thing that needs rationing and the rest can be bartered. This includes water.

Fourth would be law enforcement. For 1200 people you would need a law enforcement group of 60 IF people are in agreement and mostly law abiding. A defensive force might also have to be created, but they would mostly be reserves.

Fifth would have to establish a ruling body. Each block of 50 adults should be allowed to choose a spokesperson to bring concerns up in a council. 1200 people is too many to speak all at once.

If everyone arrives on the island at once, there will be power struggles and arguments before everyone finds their niche. In any group that size, you are likely to have good cooks, handymen, a plumber, too many lawyers, at least three guys with police experience (from private security, military, county, or city), and a lot of sensible women. Listening to what a person's talents are and assigning them accordingly is good leadership.

1) that everyone eat well
2) only happy not violent people can live on my island
3) no clothes on my island everyone must stay the way they came into the world no matter how bad it is at least than there are no 'little' surprises
4) there must be music at all times any kind of music can be played there just has to be music
5) anyone can leave but they have to pass a like double dare test to come back :)

For 1200 people?! woah. If it's gonna be a small island well first rule must be no SEX (if they can, LOL) to avoid over population.

1. I'd appoint about 10 others as my council.

2. I would mandate jobs for everyone (including me).

3. I would mandate sharing of resources.

4. I would mandate finding/building shelters.

5. I would mandate leadership changes every year (or less).

1) If a mans goat or *** defiles your wife, then you must defile the goat or ***.
2)If a man is caught cheating, his methods shall be reviewed and if found to have good cheats up his sleve, he will be made president.
3) If a woman cheats on her husband and becomes pregnant, she must eat the child with a nice chianti.
4) every man and woman shall have no conflicts as to whether the toilet seat should be left up or down. you shall take care of that at the toilet when it is time.
5) If you touch or corrupt a child, you will be publicly humiliated before your death sentence.

If I were on an island I would probably have rule against violence, theft, murder, etc. etc.
