None! A conservative makes sure the light bulb never goes out.

Actually its-- 3 conservatives + 4 liberals
- One to get a pork-barrel project for his district
- One from big business to create a light bulb and charge the gov $1000 for it
- One to blame liberals for the policy that led to the failed light bulb
- One liberal to complain that the big business is wrong for creating a light bulb then put regulation in place to govern light bulb standards (hey, the last part may actualy exist)
- Another to require an environmental impact statement
- Another to determine if the light bulb puts out a "fair" amount of light.
- Another one to blame conservatives for the failed policy which led to the failed light bulb

I don't think anyone's afraid of change, if it's for the better. It's change for the worst (the type that liberal Democrats embrace) that scares people, and not just conservatives.

One but the light bulb must be purchased from a special government program, and the liberal must have a sense of entitlement to change the lightbulb anytime he wants to change it whether it is burned out or not! He can change it just because he can get it from the government free lightbulb program. Is it any wonder Medicaid and Social Security are such a mess.
