Proably Bush has killed more people. But he did it out of ignorance and disillsions and because he want to be the war president. Bin Laden kills out of pure evil and hate.

Maybe Bush doesn't do things a certain way, and because of his commands many of our service men have perished. Bush is not a terrorist, he is trying to lead our country and protect us from such acts or terrorism . There is no comparison to the terror bin laden has done, to even his own people.
