point (-2 ,2) is in Quadrant2 .... (an angle between 90 and 180)
in standard position (+x axis is terminal side)

opposite = 2 ( Y value)
adjacent side = (-2) (x value) y / x = tan

inverse tangent of ( 2 / -2) = -1

inv tan (-1) = 135 degrees
