there is not any capital city for the completed of Europe via fact the ecu is merely an economic alliance between separate international locations. each and each u . s . a . keeps its very own identity and its very own capital, however the headquarters of the ecu are shared between 3 cities and placed in Strasbourg, Luxembourg and Brussels. there's a "city Europe" which isn't a capital yet merely a buying mall that bears that call on the front of the Channel Tunnel on the French area.

Brussels, and I'm not saying it because I live in Brussels but because this city has it all...culture, great shops, amazing restaurants, bubbly nightlife, it's not Europe's capital for nothing you know ;) We have impressive modern buildings but also very old and cute little streets filled with old houses and restaurants...Lets also mention the many hotels, the great food and drinks...Belgians and beer, a match made in heaven (I don't like it but hey I support my fellow Belgians). Brussels is also a very diverse city, many different influences and nationalities. I'll stop typing now :)

Of the 6 I have visited on your list, Barcelona is the best. No question.

Rome.(I'm catholic. of course) The city is beautiful the food is great and is is rich with history. I've been there twice it's great.
