my ipod was workin fine i unplugged it suddenly from amplifier so now it was corrupted my pc is showing that its an ipod but not showing that it is of apple i tried updater and itunes but nothing worked it is not even opening when i double click on its icon an error message comes : F:/ not accesible request could not be performed because of an i/o error.
So now please help me !

Contact apple http://www.apple.com/buy/locator/ , if you have a service plan is should be covered and if not it may not take much to get it fixed

Bring it back and switch it out, not worth the agrivation of trying to mess with firmware

just go to the store and get another one most of the time when things break they cant be fixed and if they do get fixed they just break again so just go buy another one

Take it to the dealer u bought it from .. Dont try to fix it on ur own ..
