Get one of the products that helps you censor what you look at... netnanny, and a few others will help you out..
they cost a few dollars, but, are worth it...
And, you can also set up the security on your puter to screen out certain words, etc, and that will slow down what you look at in that regard..

get a boyfriend or girlfriend
and do those things with them then you wont need to watch it as much
or dont go to the sites in the first place then you wont get stuck there.
