The computer may be "busy". You can wait until the computer has finished what it is processing, or you can press Control-Alt-Delete to bring up the Task Manager. Usually, just doing this frees up the computer; if it doesn't, you can close the browser manually from the Manager.

Press Crtrl, Alt And Delete at the same time and you will prompted to another screen that will ask you if you want to close the application. And do so and the window should close.

u can close the page by pressing Alt + F4.....
if the page is not responding...hit alt ctrl delete to go to the windows task manager and end the page's task. dont jus reboot u will end up with a corrupted hard disk

Your program has most likely stopped responding. If you know the program name you can hold down Ctrl+Alt+Delete at the same time to bring up your Task Manager and kill the program there.
