1.User documentation
is a source of information for software and hardware for example ; it can explains how to use a software like Microsoft word. it is easy to understand and short. can be used by any literate.

2. Technical documentation is one that is that can be used for maintenance and development of a software. it is as a communication tool among the members of a development team.


3.Online documentation
can be information about how to use, repair, make something ;a tutorial.

Probably looking for internal (comments in the code itself), and external (manuals, help files).

Non-technical - for those who will use the application.
