Have you ever heard something about the next generation of this handheld console?? I'm not thalking about the DS/DS lite. I head that it will be called "Gameboy Evolution" and it will feature a graphics engine similar to game cube.

I haven't heard a whisper of anything like this and I'm very heavy into video game news.
OK, I sort of lie...I heard a rumor like this 2 years about a system being developed for China with those stats...that became the DS though. I haven't heard anything like that in the last two years.

at the last E3 meeting, the place where new games/systems are unveiled to the general public, it was said that the gameboy won't have any more evolutions. after the DS, no system will be able to play gba games. the gba is the last system that can play gb/gbc games
