There aren't any benefits but it's natural to worry about things we can't change because we want to be in control of everything.

The only good thing about worrying is how much better you feel after you have either learned about or have gained some control over the thing that is worrying you. The problem comes when you worry about something and do nothing about it.

Just to plan out all the possibilities I suppose. It never got me anywhere. I wish I could drop the worry, but can our brains do that? I'm not sure I'm too far gone to train my brain.
