Is "assinate" the medical term for anal sex? I don't find any of the former or sitting presidents THAT attractive.
Assuming you meant "assassinate", that's a different story. If you asked me during the 1990's, I would have said Clinton. But that would have put Gore in power, and that's the LAST things this country needs.

I think it would be difficult to kill anyone using your as s, although some farts can be quite potent, i think it is unreasonable to believe that they could be lethal.
