Sublingual enters the system quicker.

Either one will work the same. If you're looking for faster absorption into your system then sublingual. The absorption rate between sublingual and oral is negligible since the p5p doesn't have to be activated by the liver as does regular B6. If you have a B6 deficiency, then this is the way to go. According to research, those that have liver problems benefit more from p5p because it's already in its active form.
