Well that all depends on what kind of party it is! Also depends on if its night or day! If its a day time birthday party Id say casual. A nice pair of jeans is great for that and if u want to go dressy a great pair os pants with a soft sexy sweater that doesnt SHOW your boobs! Wear something u r comfortable in wearing!!!! Enjoy the party! If its at night- I would go a little dressier- maybe a nice little black dress? Find out what other friends r wearing first!

Buy a teens magazine and check what is fashionable now. It also depends on what's the party's theme: pj party would be something cozy and not revealing, as you are in someone else's house; a custom party may allow for fun customs that you can create yourself; a sweet sixteen party is usually all dress up with a nice cocktail dress or night gown; and a normal garden party can allow jeans or shorts, and swimsuit if it is a pool party.

wearing a party dress depends to the person wearing it..I tihnk there should not be any dress code for a party!
its a place of get together, a place to find a peace of mind , a place where to meet friends and having a good time with them.. in short A joyful place...
Regarding the Dress..as i mentioned earlier..It should varie accordingly..so there we find a great variety of people getting together to find a togetherness...
find Unity...closeness...& a joyful mind..
reg color, pretty cool colors will be good enogh.

Jeans, a cute top--maybe a really cute tunic with some beaded jewelery. Do you have any skinny jeans? They look really great on younger girls...Try that with some ballet flat shoes and a great tunic. You'll be the talk of the class this weekend. Promise.

depends on the kind of party and the weather, always be comfortable, jeans and a nice top, shorts...just be comfortable and be your self do not dress to impress do not wear trashy cloths you are only 14...

Something conservative but cool, at that age kids are worried about what their friends think and their popularity.If its a girl have them call the party girls house and talk it over if its a guys, jeans and a nice shirt. :)

If you like skirts that would be nice, with a fashion blouse, if you do not like skirt use jeans and an informal shirt or t shirt, sandals and accessories

Wear like teenagers but not too much fashion style,ok?....I don't know u have a14 years old daugther/son so I don't know how to suggest u
But i find some websites for u.Maybe u get some ideas to recommend ur son/daugther too..remember! just mix and match,ok?don't forget to tell him/her to have fun and be self-confidence,be smile,be cheerful!
