Dave Blaney would be a force if he could ever drive a good car, he tore up the World of Outlaws when he was driving there. Scott Riggs is currently 18 in points after missing the season opener. He could easily be 4-5 positons higher in points had that team not lost those points at Daytona.

I agree with Dave Blaney for sure.
I like Robby Gordon too. He has amazing car control but has seldom had the equipment to run up front.
I'd have to put Jamie MacMurray in the Over rated pile though.
I am bemused as to why you would put former and well known champions in your underrated group though.
