Shoot, a couple months ago, I was team driving with my ex to Canada. We'd had a stop in Oregon the night before, and I got up early to fuel the truck. Had an hour long argument with the clerk at the truck stop who was confused about whether or not I had to have an Oregon fuel permit, then hit the road. I stopped about half an hour before the Canadian border crossing to get out paperwork out and realized I didn't have my drivers license. Ooops, major problem. I checked everywhere, even dumped my purse out and went through the contents three times, but couldn't find it. Didn't have time to go back to Oregon to see if I'd left my license with the clerk since I had to be in Vancouver in two hours. I had my ex drive us into Canada because as long as you have other valid forms of ID (I had my SS card, birth certificate and an old military ID), I figured they couldn't make me have a driver's license unless I was driving. I spent the two days we were in Vancouver tearing the truck apart looking for that license and couldn't find it. After we got back to the states, I went through my purse one more time because I was freaking out, and sure enough, there it was, wrapped up in my fuel receipt. That's when you know it's time to clean out your purse. :-) Good luck finding your keys. They're probably someplace really obvious and you're just so busy stressing out looking for them that you can't see them sitting right in front of your face.

In 2003, I lost my car keys 37 times! 14 times I had to go to the dealership to replace (and pay for) them. They built a special alarm that has a remote that will reach the location up to a 1/2 mile. The remote is on my fridge. Now when I lose them a press a button, and bingo! I have my keys back. It's a great device, but ford motor co. charged me $350.00 for the damn thing. So don't make it a habit. Marijuana also effects the memory. What was your question again? lol :)-

This actually made me laugh because my husband is notorious for losing his keys and/or wallet. He got this nifty little contraption at Radio Shack that has a bunch of buttons & the other piece is a keychain. THe problem is he keeps the remote looking piece in his wallet & the keychain on his keys.....so when he loses them both it doesn't do him a darn bit of good!

Always check the refrigerator first. Ask your pet second.
Happy hunting! Been there done that!
