My breast are very sore. When I lay on my stomach, they hurt. When my baby nephews lay thier heads on it, they hurt. If something hits them, they hurt. Why are they so sore? Help me! I have to know why, cuz I can't stand it anymore.

These people are trying to scare you on here. It's normal to have breat pain before getting their periods. Mine get sore every month about a week before my period and just to let you know I'm a lesbian so I know for a fact I am not pregnant.

If you are around the age of 35 or so, you may have a condition called fibrocystic (dense) breasts. This is very common and benign, albeit annoying, and tends to occur mainly right before your period. There's not a lot you can do about it except you might try warm moist heat to alleviate the soreness.

There are a few different causes. Either you are pregnant, or it's before your period. Or if you have fibriod cysts and drink alot of caffeine that could cause them to be sore. Ask your doc.

Mine get sore when I start menstruating. Is this your time to menstruate?
If they're sore all the time, you need to massage them and ask you Gyn doc. what may be the cause.

I would say pregnancy first. Then it could be a sign of your period, or if you already had a baby just recently, it could be a clogged milk duct. I would visit a dr to be sure

Yep, I would say it's premenstrual or you're prego!!! There could also be a hormonal problem also. You should definitely see you Dr.

check if ur pregnant or it sometimes also happens before your periods....
