keep your exercise program to a minimum.concentrate on deepening your breathing and keep cool...also avoid stressfull situations

reduce your fat content too,,
do some yoga or meditation..
reduce things like tea, coffee, baked things, pickles,,,
use potassium salts instead of sodium salts..
