well, yeah she can become a boy. technically she is, since she doesn't have women's sexual organs..right? She can get surgery to form a fake penis.
Your friend must really trust you to tell you this. Don't judge. It's probably hard for her to tell you this, maybe she told you cause it really bothers her. Talk to her. As long as you think you can handle it, she's still the same person, right?
