If you're talking non-insert cards, yes, they are pretty much worthless. The reason why is because there are so many different sets of cards coming out that it has taken the value out of it. Topps has something like 4 or 5 different card sets, Fleer and Donruss the same. When you have 20 REGULAR edition cards of Derek Jeter (for example), it doesn't make anything too special about them. The companies have also made the chase cards very hard to get, so that's why they are worth so much.

Yes, I agree. There's too much crap out there by too many companies. I don't think they're worth the paper they're printed on anymore.
