No. You and your husband's mother have a different genetic makeup.. There is no way you will "experience" pregnancy in the same way. You may have similar symptoms, but you don't have the same experience.

Everyone feels things differently. Noone takes things in the exact same way.

Did your mother in law or husband tell you that? Well it's not true. Each pregnancy is different.

This is just a "wild guess",but it sounds to me like your mother-in-law had a bad pregnancy, and is hoping you don't become pregnant. She probably fells that becoming a Grandmother, will make her look/feel/seem/ old. Tell her you can't wait to get pregnant,or if your already there, tell her you can't wait to be able to hold your little bundle of joy in your arms!. Hopefully, all bad thoughts and experiences she had, will be left in the past.

My mother in law was never sick with any of her kids. I am at 22 weeks and are still experiencing sickness. I was sick for 8 weeks solid. No female in my family or my husband's have been sick except for my grandmother on my mom's side. Every pregnancy is different.

No everyone experiences this differently. You even have different experiences with each pregnancy. No pregnancy is the same.

Who told you that? Every pregnancy is different. I don't even think the same woman experiences the same kind of pregnancy with different babies.
