Do you mean short men or are you talking about dwarfs/midgets? Actually the answer is probably the same. Yeah they have regular sized penises. A 5 foot dude can have a bigger dong than a 6 foot 6 inch dude, then again he might have a smaller one. No relation to your heighth and penis size at all. Same with the old story that a guy with big feet or big hands will have a big dick...maybe he will, maybe he won't...and besides who cares anyway?
