Begin with some work related qualities that you think are beneficial. You might say that you are punctual, detail oriented, and a team player. You might also outline some of your experiences, specifically mentioning those experiences that most directly relate to the job.
The interviewer might be trying to get a 'feel' for who you are. It's best to answer these kinds of questions most straightforwardly. They're not likely asking you questions about who YOU are (ie. I like to read, go to the movies, etc). They're asking why you're a good match for the job.
If they want to know something more, they will likely rephrase the question to get the specific information they need (ie. What are your hobbies? What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?)
Good luck!

I can't tell you exactly what to say, but think like the employer. They want to hear that you are interested in THEIR job and not just in A job. They want to hear that you are very reliable and hardworking and will give their job extra effort. They want to hear about stability and perhaps a brief description of your last few years. What they don't want to hear is a detailed line by line description of all your accomplishments, goals, needs, and previous problems. They expect you to be a bit nervous, so don't worry about that. Breathe deeply and speak slowly and carefully. Don't talk like a teenager and blurt out what comes to mind.

You're determined, dedicated, enthusiastic, good at multi-tasking and prioritizing driven, and then go into some skills you've taken from previous experience/jobs like time management, money-handling, customer communication, etc.
