There are several therapeutic options to lowering the blood pressure, but they should (read "must") be prescribed by a physician and preferably administered under medical surveillance. Rapid decline in the BP equals higher risks of adverse reactions, plus some of the medication may be harmful for other conditions the patient in question might have. So, the fastest way to lower the blood pressure is to visit your internist/cardiologist/gp fast. He may give indication for further interventions.
I think you were expecting this kind of an answer. However, i should stress this is not a thing to "do at home", at least not for the first few times.
