I've got a poor memory too. It's a sign of high intelligence - we have our minds on higher things. A small pocket diary you can carry anywhwere will do the trick. I also rely on my Outlook on my office PC to remind me where I should be (Calendar feature).

Now, what was I supposed to be doing? Oh God, the bath .... lol
