Quite possibly. They don't take the title of world's fastest production car because Hennessey Vipers are technically not production cars, but he's built a few that have more horsepower than a Bugatti, and a Viper has a good 600 lb weight advantage too. Just because the Bugatti costs a million dollars doesn't mean you have to spend that much to go faster than one. Take a look at some coverage of the Bonneville Speed Week.

A Bugatti Veyron is THE fastest car. Nothing can beat it, apart from a hennesey.

isit omg i cant bileve it to!! thats mad isit aloud on the road like a bugatti ? because there loads of cars faster than the bugatti but there not aloud on the road!!
