How much does it cost to produce a run of 100,000 DVDs?

Once the Master/Gold Copy of a film has been made, how much does each copy of the Master copy cost? By that I mean, what does it cost to effectively copy en masse from the Master copy? (lets assume we're talking about a Holywood blockbuster here, like Star Wars).

A helluva lot less than it does to buy them commercially! With the latest DVD format, maybe $1 - 2 to produce a copy then sell them for upto $20 a piece?

Normally, after everything has been accomplished, the markup is around 50%.
