Maybe it's........
*Because they don't want their nipples to show so prominently.
*Because even if they're not a C-cup or larger doesn't mean that gravity doesn't work for them.
* Because they like the feeling of support. (You probably wear underpants to keep your nuts from slapping around, right??)
* Because most reponsible parents get their girls wearing bras as soon as they develop breast buds - its just some women never develop to porn-whore status, and they're now used to wearing them.
Why should it matter to you? Find a bigger better thing to worry about than women's undergarments or the lack thereof.

Because they do not want people to be able to see their breast. The size of your breast matters I think that women should wear a bra even if the have small breast just because they are small does not mean that they do not move and jiggle. No one wants to see that unless they are in bed.

a lot of women with small breasts are pokey looking so a bra can make them look rounder and more like breasts instead of small missels. I hope i don't offend anymore...not my intent. Just my point of view.

Some do, some don't. Depends on their personal preference. Most women don't feel like they are dressed if they don't have a bra on even if they don't have much to fill it.
