I'm not talking about the state of Alabama. I'm talking about being a straight up bama. It's a DC slang the means outdated, slow, wack, can't dress, a punk, and just lame! Are a bama I just want to know? Peace!

Since you and I do not speak the same language and I actually have no one else to refer to besides you to explain to me exactly what that means...

I ask you, whats up with the nicknames for all of the perfectly good words you used above that are actually in the dictionary?

Am I any of those things... Well yes and no, but I think we all are at one time or another and to some degree. There is ALWAYS someone who is going to have better, be faster, dress sharper.
I have been known to sport my Prada in a track suit just because they are both black so... Is it fashonably correct to do so?

probably not... but do I give a rat's *** if you are going to call me a baba or a bama or a di*ck for that matter. No... I don't, not at all. As far as I am concerned. Your opinion is worth less than nothing to me because I don't know you and therefore don't care what you do, have or wear better than me or mine.

Me and my LV are just fine in capris with $5 walmart skips and a Target top! THANKS!

I admit compare to my friends and family (including my parents) most people would consider me "outdated". Sometimes, I consider myself as "technologically-challenged".

My sis thought I couldn't dress when i was younger...um? but interestingly enough she always was trying to wear my clothes w/o permission... and she was 'hip' and 'trendy'....go figure!

Some friends may think I'm lame, slow, and totally wack because I don't accept the hype...um? again, interesting enough the visionary insight given to a mgt consultant friend resulted in him giving me the compliment of 'thanks', the insight allowed him to make money easily.

I think it's in the eye of the beholder,,,where some may see glass others see a diamond. In fact, sometimes it's not a bad thing to be considered a "diamond in the rough" ;)

Here's to fellow 'bamas'...'Bamas' unite! You are the future! :)

No, I am not a "bama". Actually, sounds to me like you are a loser. What type of question is that?
