The Chinese have one. Communism is the only party in charge and the same with Cuba, North Viet Nam and North Korea.

I think it's a state that only has one political party existing in it, so then you couldn't vote for ay other parties to take stand if there was an election time; you're stuck with them.

It's the effect one gets from certain illegal substances. After the party ,the state dissipates and usually leaves you in a worse one than before.
