Hi..
I bought a new house from a developer. However, I feel sad about the wiring setting...In my dining room, I have the wiring fan in the middle of the ceiling, and the light wiring at the left and right of the ceiling. I already bought a chandelier and hope it to be located at the center of the ceiling. Can u give me opinion on how to install the chandelier and the ceiling fan together?please help me out. I need to put the chandelier exactly above the dining table...

If the ceiling fan is over the table, I would get rid of that and put your chandelier centered, then patch over the other wired boxes. A ceiling fan really keeps the food cold on the table. I guess they wanted it all, fan and maybe directional ceiling fixtures for lamps on each side. I just wouldn't put a fan over the table unless it was an outdoor dining area.

1- First locate the chandelier mounting position.
a- That is where the fun starts,
b- You will need a 4" hole into which you will need to have your wiring (at least 12" more than the hole).
c- To support the fixture, you will a strong support. (If there is a beam you can you can use 3/16 x 2" lag screws). Also you will need a 4" round "pancake box" for the wiring connection. Wire into the box, clamp it and ground it with the bare wire in the cable and also connect the chandelier ground to it as well. [I am going to stop at this point because I know that the location where you want to make this installation will not have the beam where you conveniently need it].
Make the hole 4" round. (The ceiling is most likely sheet-rock)
1- Put you hand up inside the hole see if you can locate the nearest beam. See if the area above has a space over the top of the beam or if the floor above is directly on it. Somehow you will need to get the wiring into this area. There usually is a space between the beams of 16". You will need to support the chandelier and sheet rock cannot do this. If the fixture weighs more than 40 lbs, you will need to open the ceiling and build in a support. I'll guess yours is a standard fixture and I would buy a fan brace with fan support box. The instructions show you how it works.
You will need the same for your fan [wherever you want to put it]
This is a tricky and time consuming job and if you aren't an electrician, I would have a good one do the job for you and get it done good and the way you want it.

You'll need to gain access to the ceiling/attic above the dining room to install a good mounting bracket that can support the weight of the chandelier. Pound a long nail through the ceiling and then go in attic to locate where the nail is. See if you can mount a bracket between the joists. Look here to see details.

Please be more specific. Without a diagram, it's hard to ascertain just what it is you are trying to do?
