I guess so, if it was factually inaccurate. Although how they have the time to watch Eastenders I don't know - I thought they were overworked? :)

The nature of the storyline was going to be open to criticism because Downs Syndrome is a subject that was always going to be on dangerous ground. Midwives are obviously professionals and have enough experience to voice concern on it but i don't agree that it is unrealistic. The point of the story is to show how parents cope with discovering their child has Downs Syndrome, how it affects them and just how misunderstood this condition is. Yes, it's upsetting to see Honey's reaction but why is it so outrageous to believe that maybe a new mother would feel that way? It would be a massive shock to discover that about your child. Most mothers want a happy, healthy baby and mostly, Downs Syndrome children are not healthy and have numerous problems.
It's a real story and shows how people react to things differently.

the adaptation is that Max and Tanya produce different storylines, not in basic terms ones the position they'e kissing and so on. Christian and Syed kiss in almost each and every scene, Christian is in basic terms in Eastenders as a token gay personality. even as develop into the perfect time we said scenes like that concerning a instantly couple? i might want to assert the gay characters get some distance extra kissing scenes than is major in basic terms because they are gay and Eastenders ought to be considered as "favourite and laptop". As for 2 adult men kissing being "sweet" nicely i imagine this is about as sweet as a mouthful of raw liver and both as disgusting on the on the spot of evening. 2 females kissing is an same and so some distance as each person snogging is going i do not fairly prefer to be sure it even if or not they are instantly, gay or bi. Edit: i do not imagine this is alright to demonstrate any picture sex scenes in a cleansing soap, we'd want to consistently be left to easily anticipate what has exceeded off. Eastenders is pushing the barriers too some distance and it heavily isn't lengthy before it loses even extra of this is visitors. the reason that such quite some persons are hostile to the gay scenes is because Christian is one of those unnecessary personality, in basic terms in it to be gay. there is not something incorrect with having gay scenes in a cleansing soap so long because this is part of a sturdy tale yet Eastenders looks to demonstrate them snogging for the sake of it, there's no favor.

My friend has just told me the story line and I think it is outrageous! I don't believe any mother would treat her child in such a way whether it was born with downs syndrome or not as the maternal instinct would simply kick in! Yes I will admit it might be harder to deal with but that's life! Tonight's episode I feel should not be aired as it is just gruesome. It's just a ploy to get viewers with 'shock tactics' I'm glad I don't watch such rubbish
