I have trouble relaxing and it effects my health.

For me, it's to have a ciggy & cup of coffee with my feet up watching the telly or reading a book or newspaper.

Though playing the old PS2 helps as well

What I like to do when I'm super stress out or just tier. I like to light candles in the restroom, put soft music on, have a glass of wine and relax in a hot bubble bath. I could stay in there for hours. Then when I come out I'm back to normal, It really helps me. You never know maybe if you try it , may help you too. I wish you luck!!

Drink and smokes!

Sorry, poo answer, but it's the only thing that really works for me!

When trying to sleep, strat relaxing all your muscles. Start with your head and move down to your eyebrows, nose and mouth. From there go to your neck, then your shoulders and arms etc. til you reach your feet. Then go back and do it all again cos you'd be surprised how much tension is in your face.

Repeat the process until you fall asllep.

If this doesn't work, go back to my original suggestion!

There are lots of different ways to relax and different ones work for different people keep trying different ways to relax until you find one that works for you. Good luck.

I have a nice long bath with lavendar oil or something like that in it, Body Shop do a great bath milk powder in relaxing lavendar, it's a good send!

sit on a soft sofa have some snacks that you prefer watch tv don't forget tea or a coffee or any drink that you like close all curtains that give light and have a miny theater like experience and go to sleep and remember to put feet in warm water

essential oils like ylangylang, lavender, chamomile
cannabis
deep breathing
daydreaming positive things
nice warm baths
massage (if you have no one to massage you then massage your own feet with nice cream)

Strip nude and go for a walk at night making sure that the coast is clear. It gives me thrills and chills.
