No, they would still go beep beep beep and screech with small person syndrome. Short people probably could not reach the box as it states "keep out of the reach of children" and this would include the hight of short people.
I would suggest a multi vitamin instead.

It would take a miracle! I ate that for breakfast every day for 2 months and I never grew a single inch. Either way. But- my kidneys did threaten to fail several times! I just thought maybe if I could stick it out long enough...

If you sprinkle it over cheerios then possibly. If you eat those cheerios as while your body is slowly being stretched over a long period of time the odds will increase dramatically.

I think of you as "space efficient".
