Let us differentiate natural remedy and herbal remedy.

When I say natural remedy it means providing solution using natural sources, NOT with intake of any processed edible substance.

1. Initially to control the problem stop oily, spicy, hot and sour food.
2. Do not have more than 3 hours between meals except while sleeping and never eat full stomach.
3. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day for normal life style; If you sweat more, drink more water.
4. Eat cucumber, drink tomato juice and apple juice.
5. Include fibrous fruits and vegetables in your meals.
6. If smoker, stop smoking, at least reduce.
7. Avoid tea/coffee till things are under control after which have control.
8. Ensure motion is clear.
9. Be calm, avoid stress.
10. Have 20 minutes walk/day or practise yoga.

If you are unable to control in two days, get treated and practise these to avoid future incidents.
