I have heard that the Samsung i730 (or is that i830? It could be either) is coming to sprint. It's a PDA phone with a wicked fast processor, and is in your price range.

Also, they are re-kindling their ties with Motorola, so expect a Motorola Q (or some variant of it) shortly.
