I think they are even. Blair does have the intelligence to finish a sentence without sounding like a retard. But Bush isn't that stupid to crawl up Blairs' a s s

Jeorge Bush isthe biggest because he is too much brainful and go to the depth of any critical issue and have knowledge about that and while he confirm then he take steps gthen no one can proove him guilty but tony blair is a good administrator also can never go to so depth of any type of complicagted issue
so bush is really a biggesgt personality in the world

As others have put - it is definitely Blair. In some sort of wierd way, Bush believes in what he is trying to do. However, Blair is a puppet on a string that dances to the Bush rhythym. Therefore Blair is the bigger fool.

Of two evils choose neither.................. .However, since Lapdog Blair is getting his just due - the boot ,thereby putting an end to his folly. And for all of his cronyism, showing no apparent rewards - I would have to say that he is the biggest fool.

How can you say these people are fools or morons when they've both made it to the highest offices in their respective countries? You may not agree with their policies but I bet they earn more money than you do? Stoopid? Who's stoopid?

Blair. Bush is just an idiot. Tony had the chance to be a great leader, but he decided to follow Thatcher and be a US stooge to the detriment of his own country.

Bush is the biggest idiot I've ever seen. Just listen to him speak. Blair on the other hand has some intelligence. I sat up late one night and watched him speaking in Parliament or whatever that was.

Blair, he's totally deluded and still convinced that he needs to be left alone to do the "job", which is exactly what the majority of the people of this country don't want him to do.

you, many people think they are fools but they do lead 2 of the worlds superpowers so they cant be doing to bad. All goverments make mistakes, Tony blair has had so much mess to clean up since the torries led this country people do not concentrate on all the improvements they just moan about the thing still not fixed, with all due respect, why dont you run for goverment and you then you will see what a fool you are.
