Okay, here's another question... say you met someone and fell in love, maybe even got engaged. Then you found out that person had cosmetic surgery in the past. Would it bother you if they had had one improvement? two? three? any number?
What if the person had been significantly less attractive before all the "upgrading"?

I would wonder if there were some deep-seeded emotional or self esteem problems that this person had which caused him to have so much alteration to his physical appearance. I would not be bothered by the surgeries themselves but rather what (emotionally) caused him to have so much surgery to begin with. I would not care about how he looked before hand because if we were in love I would love him and everything about him, including how he used to look.

it wouldnt matter obviously because you feel in love with the person with the surgery i wouldnt care less

I don't see why it would matter...if you're about to marry someone, it better not be for what they look like or you'll be screwed...at least that's the case usually...
