Hello Dear:

Graco "Snug Ride" car seats integrated to the graco double stroller system is the one I use for my twin babies. It is easy to carry in to malls and docs appointments. The base is always on your car and the only thing you move is the car seat for the babies from the car to the strollers and vice versa. It is the" Cadillac" from the strollers , very easy to handle it and to store it. I even used the car seats to travel on airplane, they are FDA approved.Good luck with the twins, and the new "Caddy".

Stroller Carseat Combo For Twins

Well, I never used a stroller/car seat combo with our twins and I also think it's better, when shopping for a stroller, to get one that will grow with you. I have a Combi Twin Savvy Stroller and I love it. I even took them out in it soon after bringing them home from the hospital, when they were still only around 5 pounds each.... I just used blankets and stuff to pad around them. And now that they're 16 months old, and considerably larger, they're still using it and I don't think I'll have to ever buy another one....

Graco is nice, however, you should check Maclaren's line. Depending on the amount you are willing to spend check out these lines of double strollers. Search for Prams as well if you are truly shopping.

At most you will carry your infants around in their car seats for 6 months or so. So I think that it is better to get a stroller that will be usable for a longer period of time than the bulky and expensive "travel systems". My cousin has 2 year old twin boys, and she swears that her jogging stroller is the easiest to manuever and store. She has been using it to cart the boys around since they were newborns. You just have to look for one that comes with the newborn padding.

I looked and also found several Double Travel Systems available online. We had a single travel system by Graco for our son and I loved it. So maybe the doulble is good as well.http://www.gracobaby.com/products/subcategory.asp?N=400+125&act=A20&cid=0001g

They have a universal double stroller which only carries car seats, I personally like the MaClaren Twin Traveller.

We use the Combi Savvy. It is good for newborn through 45 lbs each. It does not take car seats, but it is light and easy to use. It also fits through doors nicely.

I'd check and see what Graco has to offer. They must have something for twins.
