Definitely possible. I've seen a photo of a woman who had at least four.

yes that is possible. It is developed in the womb when the aerolas develop, and those extra/misplaced cells just form another nipple. I believe it can be surgically removed. Whatever you do, don't do anything to make it grow or have fatty tissue under it to make it a boob. Definitely remove it then.
