Wow...this is a wierd one!! Maybe you should call her doctor!
Easiest way I've found to get rid of superglue on skin is to soak in warm water. Why not put her in the bath and see if they can slowly peel off? Better do it soon though-superglue is full of weird and not-so-wonderful chemicals and some people can be really allergic!
(Think the tights are gonna be ruined though!)

Take a cotton ball soaked with nail polish remover (can't be non-acetone) and hold it on the superglue spots to dissolve them. TIghts could come off prety easy if you got them all.

Tell her to go soak her self in the bath with some hot soapy water. If you cant get them off then i would suggest going to the a&e dept.
