Throwing my garbage out more often has not worked.

A little liquid dish soap and lemon juice in a small dish works for me they are attracted to the lemon juice and they drown

put a tablespoon of vegetable oil in each of your sink drains at night, this is where they breed and the oil stops them from getting to the water they need in the p-trap

Get rid of the fruit that stays out of the fridge, and keep your house plants outside. (That's their favorite place).

You let your pet baby tree frogs on your counter and they will just love to suck them up with their long sticky tongue.
