Well first off you really need to spell things appropriately if you want a good response. Otherwise all you will do is annoy people who try to read your question. Second, porn is not illegal. It's one of the biggest industries in the world.

I recommend you download Ad-Aware personal from www.lavasoft.com. Install and run the program to clean out the spyware in your PC

Then go to www.avast.com and download Avast Antivirus Home edition. Install and run that program to clean the viruses out of your computer.

1.) It is legal if it is your personal computer and the people in the film are of legal age to consent, and have done so.

3.) There is no way to really know if that is a virus or anything of that kind since I've never heard of such a thing, and I'm not there to see it. Someone else may know the answer to this. I'm guessing it is not.

4.) I'm not really certain what this is asking...

Check for spyware. Run both Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/) to remove any spyware. Run both as one may caught something the other missing. Then go to microsoft.com and download Defender to protect against future infections.
