The moon only reflect s light from the sun so if the earth is between the moon and sun as the sun lowers you see the moon!

Do you mean, why can we see the moon during the day? It does happen, yes. The moon's light is the reflection of the suns light. During its orbintational bliss, it hits the sun's light hits just enough to have it shine a bit briter than usual. In some places on earth the moon can be seen very frequently during the day. It depends on our axis shift and location on or revolution around the sun, as well.

we see the moon twice daily. Once at night at 2nd time during the day. The gravitational pull from the moon causes the oceans tide to rise. We have 2 high tides in a 24 hr period. Both caused by the moons pull. See

Do you mean why can we see the moon during the day? If that is your question, simply because it is bright enough. Even other planets and stars can sometimes be seen during the day when the conditions are right. When distant stars go super nova they can be seen during the day. It is all about relative brightness.

We see the moon because of sunlight reflected off it. When the moon and sun are both in our sky, the moon will be visible in the daytime.
