For me it depends on a couple of things...how much "activity" there has been in the bed and seasonal stuff. In summer I tend to sleep bare and sometimes sweat, so the sheets are probably changed every week. In winter, maybe every other week because I have PJ's or long undies on.

Once a week at least. If the dogs are sleeping in the bed than 2-3 times per week depending on the weather and dander that they bring in to the house.

Usually twice a week.
I love the feel of fresh clean sheets.

Every 2-3 days - and that includes the blanket/quilt - we have 3 dogs that sleep on the bed with us, and they leave dog hair on the bedding, so we change them quite often.

When I am being lazy... Once a week. But most of the time it's every three days (which is technically, still, almost once a week I guess?) . Anything less, is discusting!

I like fresh sheet so I have mine changed at least every other day. Other linens are changed every day.

Once a week.

I have to or they start to smell like my husband, but before I got married I could get away with two weeks if I was busy.
