They are bacterial and you can use neosporin cream...wash carefully, apply the cream...three times a day...if there is no improvement in five days, then you must go to a physician for other antibiotics.

Are you sure you don't have an STD...Go see your Dr ASAP...it sounds like herpes and don't engage in sexual activities with anyone until you find out what it is...If it is Herpes they are most contagious when they are pusey...Good luck and goo see your Dr fast!!!

If no chance of VD, just use hydrocortisone cream daily for a week and it should clear up. If not, see a doctor.
