Every woman's body is different. I personally had cramps & spotting during my first month of pregnancy. I thought it was normal so never really made a big deal about it. When I finally went to the doctor they told me that I had been having a miscarriage. I was very upset at myself for a long time. Maybe if I would've gone to the doctor as soon as my cramps started they could've done something to save my baby's life.

Get a check up by your doctor just in case something might be wrong. Good Luck!
